Cancellations:Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 5 days of cancellation. Captain fees are not refundable within 2 days of rental.
Rainy day refund: percentage of refund determined by Ezboatrental based on weather conditions.
Pre-Authorization:A $1000 will be pre-authorized on the card on file the day of departure for any lost or damage items including the boat and refueling and will be released at the end of the reservation if not needed for lost or damaged items. The funds can take 2-5 business days to be returned.
Jet Ski Renters: Wetsuit or wetsuitbottoms recommended. Dangers of water being forced into body cavities from the jet thrust nozzle. Sunglasses strongly recommended. Jet Skis cannot be on the water after SUNSET and before SUNRISE. The game warden will give you a ticket.
