Insurance: All rentals are insured up to $1000 of damage. All rentals include a mandatory insurance policy which comes with a $1000 of coverage for lost our damgaged items belonging to the rental company. Payment for the insurance will be processed on the day of the rental if not coillected beforehand. Rates are extremely reasonable. Prices range from $25 for 4hr to $37 for 8hr for boats and from $37 for 4hr to $54 for 8hr for jetskis. A full price list available at ezboatrental.com.
Cancellations:Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 5 days of cancellation. Captain fees are not refundable within 2 days of rental.
Rainy day refund: percentage of refund determined by Ezboatrental based on weather conditions.
Pre-Authorization:A $500.00 hold per watercraft will be applied to customer CC on the day of departure for any lost or damage items and will be released at the end of the reservation. Them funds can take 2-5 business days to be returned.
Jet Ski Renters: Wetsuit or wetsuitbottoms recommended. Dangers of water being forced into body cavities from the jet thrust nozzle. Sunglasses strongly recommended. Jet Skis cannot be on the water after SUNSET and before SUNRISE. The game warden will give you a ticket.
